What BIMS Students Are Saying...

Real nurses. Real career pivots.

Adrienne, RN

BIMS is worth its weight in gold and so is Jeannie! I have no doubt that her guidance and the BIMS knowledge and resources I had at my disposal during this process helped me land my first choice non-traditional role away from bedside nursing in less than 2 months. Jeannie is an exceptional coach and a resource and I cannot stop raving about how much her help has been a blessing for someone who began this journey with no clue how to start and make meaningful progress. I also love that she was easy to contact and responsive when I had questions or asked for her opinion. She's phenomenal and I'm so grateful I found BIMS.

Jessica, RN

The BIMS Mentorship Program was the best investment I’ve made in myself. I was a burnt out ICU nurse of 7 years and knew exactly what I wanted to do, but felt like I didn’t have the skills/confidence to do it. However, after only 6 weeks of working with Jeannie, I landed my dream job at one of the biggest, most reputable, medical device companies in the world! This program is 100% worth the investment. I feel like with Jeannie as a mentor, ANYTHING is possible!

Aizel, RN

"Do the full program, utilize the resources, and utilize Jeannie! I felt like Jeannie was there with me holding my hand through every step. The resources she provides are great. I saved her resources and looked back to them a couple of times for help and guidance. She also helped me with my resume and took a look at my offer letter. She has given me great tips and you should consider her tips."

Ann, RN

"I signed up for the program at the beginning of the year and Jeannie not only did my resume audit, she met with me to figure out what I needed. She also kept in touch and sent me links to jobs that she felt suited me. Worth every penny!.

Alex, RN

"Jeannie is amazing and I really appreciate the support and the great experience with the program. I recommend this program to anyone that’s looking into breaking into medical sales!"

Rachel, RN

"I am a new grad nurse. Mid way through nursing school I felt unsure of being a nurse and if this was my life’s passion. I tried finding a medical sales job immediately after nursing school and couldn’t get any offers, so I worked bedside for a year. I ended up going inpatient procedural and could tolerate it but still felt like I wanted more for my life. As months went by I just continued to feel like my soul was being crushed even though I was on a unit I could “tolerate” and it “wasn’t as bad as med surg” but I still dealt with very toxic managers who created drama, taking unpaid time off because our benefits sucked, paying high out of pocket costs for insurance even thought my hospital provided us the plan from their privately owned insurance company, lazy co workers who I had to pick up their slack (and at one point even got mandated to take their call while they called off all the time) cliques, cattiness, and the constant feeling of hyper vigilance because I never knew who was talking about me and making fun of me for being a new nurse. I got tired of it affecting my mental health, living for the weekend, and wondering how am I gonna get out of this. I tried getting into medical sales again with little luck once again. After a month of failure and just spending money on multiple resume templates I found Jeannie. I remember thinking is this worth the money after all the money I just spent on other hand outs and PDFs online. But I took a shot because I just didn’t want to drag my feet for another few months only to be waiting for another spot to open up with Jeannie. Immediately we met up, made a plan, she worked her magic on my resume and I treated my search like a second full time job. Constantly applying after work and messaging recruiters and managers during any break I had at work. Within 2 months of us working together I had a job offer. In the process I’d say I had at least 6 interviews if not more. my life became going to work and having interviews after my shift with big name companies and smaller start ups. I ended up taking a role as a regional clinical specialist for a device company selling devices I had experience with. I got a 20k increase in pay from being a nurse, bought myself a nice SUV with my work car allowance, got a company laptop and phone allowance. I also now get to travel to new places and big name hospitals and meet new people. I have flexibility where sometimes I’m able to plan my weeks in territories around my family (4hrs away from my home) so when I’m done working I can see them or spend the weekend there after working in the area. I had unexpected medical bills come up and I didn’t have to worry because I make more now. I have a trial coming up in a beach town and I’m planning to go to the beach after every shift. I get to do these amazing things bedside nursing never let me do. My boss lets me do my thing and never micro manages. There are days I’m traveling round trip 4 hrs but I’m still coming home more energized than ever. In every universe I would pick to switch to medical device and I would always pick working with Jeannie. She was the best investment I made. I will be your sign to leave bedside!! This is your time take control of your life and your career! Thank you Jeannie! I feel like finally in my life I’ve started to pick me and my happiness! < 3"

Kelli, RN

"I recently completed the BIMS program, I was hesitant before starting, but I'm impressed with the experience! Jeannie’s insights on the interview process and resume audits are incredibly valuable. She helped me reframe my existing experiences, particularly how to translate my nursing background and skills into a different field. Jeannie emphasizes that it’s all about how you tell your story—this is such a crucial aspect of the interview process! She gives you the tools and confidence to position yourself as a strong candidate. I left the program feeling empowered, with a clear understanding of how to apply to positions in a timely manner, build connections, and navigate the interview process. I highly recommend this program to anyone in healthcare looking to transition to a role outside of the hospital, even if it's not sales! Happy to share I secured what I would call my "dream job" within a month after finishing the program, I'm not sure I would be able to say that without this course!"

Breanne, RD

"I have had some “sales support” experience, but never a true sales role. When I saw a sales position for the company I’ve always dreamt of working for get posted, I knew the competition would be thick and I needed to elevate myself to stick out from the rest. When I discovered this program, I knew it would be an amazing investment to myself. I went into each of my interviews feeling prepared and confident, which has never happened before this program! In total I did four rounds of interviews with all different people, which was a bit exhausting but really helped me put this program into practice. And I can say it was absolutely worth it, because I ended up being offered the position! As I mentioned earlier, I knew the position I was applying for was competitive, but I had no clue to what degree until my now manager shared with me that they had received 350 applicants!! Hearing that made me so proud and so thankful that I put in the work and chose to invest in myself by completing the Breaking into Medical Sales Mentorship Program! Truly an invaluable experience. Forever grateful for the mentorship and guidance!"

Sarah, SLP

"The BIMS program gave me the tools and confidence needed to quickly and successfully land a job in medical sales. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, I had no idea how I could leverage my skills into the sales industry. I found the resume writing, coaching calls, tips for networking and how to personalize my LinkedIn most helpful. Jeannie was amazing to work with and always quickly replied to my messages when I had questions or exciting updates. She really is passionate about assisting others to break into medical sales. "

Deshia, RN

"Love this program! The resume audit and interview modules helped me in my search the most, but Jeannie offers so much more. She’s as hand off or on as you like and really guides you the best way that works for you. After about 4 month in the program I got a job, which was my goal!"

Christine, NP

"I had an amazing experience working with Jeannie! She was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Jeannie knows what she’s talking about that’s for sure. She broke down all the information into manageable steps and guided us through weekly activities that built up to the ultimate goal: applying, getting interview calls, acing the interview rounds, receiving an offer, and even navigating negotiations. That said, you also need to put in the work! Jeannie gives you all the tools and guidance you need, but your effort is what makes it all come together.

What stood out most to me was how much she genuinely cared about my wins as a client—it really shines through in everything she does. Thanks to her support and guidance, I’m now starting a medical device education role in my specialty, and I couldn’t have done it without her. She was my biggest cheerleader every step of the way, and I can’t wait to see what she will do next. I highly recommend working with her!

All I have to say is… if not now… when?! If you’re ready to make a change in your life / career… sign up for her program!"

Marelis, RN

I am so grateful for finding the BIMS program. I was skeptical at first since I found Jeannie on TikTok and there are tons of scams on there, but Jeannie is the real deal. She made sure I understood the process and we started the journey. Our 1 on 1 session is the highlight. She’s such a force and speaking with Jeannie made me confident I was on the right track. She never rushed me or gave me a timeline, but instead helped me to create one for myself. I can’t put into words how happy I am I took this leap, because I have found a position that we spoke about, in the salary range I wanted. Thanks again Jeannie.

Erika, RN

I’ve been a nurse for 2 years in ICU and cardiac device clinic. I wanted to make the change and luckily found Jeannie. From the beginning, she helped me figure out what type of jobs I should look for depending on my wants and needs, helped me tailor my resume and LinkedIn, advised me on networking skills, provided interviewing tips and did a mock interview with me, even gave me tips on negotiating. Above all, she gave me the tools I needed and was there for me every step of the way, with the best knowledge and experience in the industry!
