Hi, I’m Jeannie

I’m a Registered Nurse with over 14 years of experience who transitioned into medical sales without prior sales experience, industry connections, or going back to school.

Today, as a Certified Professional Coach and founder of BIMS®, I’ve helped over 100 nurses and healthcare professionals reposition their backgrounds and land roles in medical sales, biotech, and pharma that align with their goals and lifestyle.

This is a guided group mentorship designed to help you move from clarity to execution with structure, accountability, and real-world sales training.

Over six months, we focus on:

Phase 1: Direction + Positioning
Clarify your target roles, strengths, and career narrative so you stop applying blindly and start positioning intentionally.

Phase 2: Assets + Visibility
Build a sales aligned resume and optimize your LinkedIn to attract recruiters, hiring managers, and referrals.

Phase 3: Networking + Job Search Strategy
Learn how to network with purpose, follow up effectively, and stay consistent without burnout.

Phase 4: Sales Fundamentals, Interviews + Offers
Develop consultative sales fundamentals, communicate your value confidently in interviews, and understand compensation and negotiation in this space.

Throughout the mentorship, you will be supported through weekly group coaching, monthly skill workshops, and the BIMS community.
Select workshops are eligible for Board of Nursing approved Continuing Education (CE) credit.
