BIMSĀ® The Mentorship A six month groupĀ mentorship for health care professionals ready to position themselves competitively forĀ medical sales, biotech or pharma roles.Ā 

This is not a course you watch passively.
This is a structured group mentorship designed to help you execute your transition with clarity, feedback, and accountability.

When you enroll, you will receive onboarding details by email. We begin inside the Mentorship Hub.Ā 

Your (1) Kick-Off Call will be scheduled once enrollment secured.Ā 

What happens insideĀ BIMSĀ®

BIMSĀ® is delivered in a six month group mentorship format.
Coaching, feedback, and strategy are provided through live group calls, monthly workshops, and the Mentorship Hub community for the duration of the program. Private 1:1 coaching is not included.

BIMSĀ® Curriculum
Step by step trainings covering mindset, medical sales foundations, resume and LinkedIn positioning, networking strategy, job search execution, interview preparation, and negotiation.Ā 

Weekly Live Group Coaching Calls
Real time coaching, strategic guidance, clarity, and Q and A to support your job search and decision making throughout the process.

Monthly Skills Workshops
Focused workshops on resume refinement, networking strategy, interview execution, and sales fundamentals. Select workshops are eligible for Continuing Education credit.

Mentorship Hub Community
A private space to ask questions, stay accountable, and engage with other nurses navigating the same transition.

Foundational consultative sales training for healthcare, including a Certificate of Completion.

By the End of the 6-Month Mentorship

  • You will have a sales aligned resume that translates your clinical experience into business value

  • Your LinkedIn profile will clearly position you for recruiter outreach and strategic networking

  • You will be able to communicate your background confidently in interviews, outreach, and conversations without sounding clinical or unsure
