Welcome to Jeanstar Holdings LLC (also known as Nursejeanstar on social media). By purchasing the BIMS™ Elite Coaching Experience, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Use of Website
You agree to use our website and associated resources for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or inhibit their use of the website.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to videos, text, templates, coaching materials, and educational resources provided within the BIMS™ Elite program, is the intellectual property of Jeanstar Holdings LLC. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
3. Services and Digital Products
The BIMS™ Elite Coaching Experience includes:
  • 12 months access to the BIMS™ On-Demand curriculum and online community
  • One 60-minute kickoff strategy call
  • Personalized coaching support (calls + Telegram) for 3 months
  • A done-for-you resume and cover letter
  • LinkedIn profile optimization
  • Access to templates, resources, and bonus modules
These services and digital products are delivered as described and are provided as-is. All sales are final and non-refundable.
4. Coaching Agreement
To begin coaching, clients must complete and sign a coaching agreement. The kickoff strategy call will only be scheduled after this agreement is submitted.
5. Payment and Refunds
All purchases are final. Due to the digital and intellectual nature of this program, no refunds will be provided.
Payment Plans: If enrolled in a payment plan, continued access to the BIMS™ Elite program including the course, community, and coaching requires successful completion of all scheduled payments. Missed or failed payments will result in loss of access without refund of prior payments.
6. Delivery of Services
  • Access to the curriculum and community is granted immediately upon purchase and remains active for 12 months.
  • 1:1 coaching (calls + Telegram) is available for 3 months beginning on the date of the kickoff strategy call.
  • The done-for-you resume and cover letter will be delivered within 5 business days of receiving all required information following the kickoff call.
  • LinkedIn profile support will be delivered within the same window.
7. Program Disclaimer
This program is designed to provide education, strategic support, and tools to enhance your job search and career transition. While guidance is provided, employment is not guaranteed. Success depends on your individual effort, implementation, and market factors.
8. Limitation of Liability
Jeanstar Holdings LLC is not responsible for any outcomes or decisions resulting from your participation in this program. By enrolling, you agree to hold Jeanstar Holdings LLC harmless for any direct or indirect consequences of your use of the materials and coaching provided.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website, programs, or services constitutes acceptance of any changes made.
